At Phoenix Holistic Health, we believe we help your body work better, not just move better. Through evidence – based Kinesiology and personalised programs, we assess the entire body in order to recognise that symptoms are often part of a larger picture. For example, Jaw tension or pain may be connected to emotional stress, posture, or breathing habits rather than the jaw itself.
Kinesiology is a natural health care technique using mild muscle testing to assess a variety of bodily processes on the structural, biochemical, neurological, and metabolic levels. It analyses the connections between muscular response, meridian energy (pathways / channels that transport energy) and associated organs.
Instead of asking “Where does it hurt?”, it asks “What’s contributing to this?” Everything is connected. A symptom is often the body’s way of signalling that something else needs attention.
Holistic practices like Reiki and psychology were always around me through my mum, but for many years I never truly explored them. Instead, I followed a more traditional path – studying economics, logistics, tourism management, and business, and building a career in hospitality.
Everything changed during a family crisis. I found myself asking deep questions : Why am I the way I am? Why do people react as they do in stressful situations and how does it affect their physical wellbeing? My daughter, who is almost 16 was deeply affected – struggling to sleep and digestion issues – and after endless doctors’ visits, tests, and therapies, I longed for an alternative way to help her.
That’s when Kinesiology entered my life. Encouraged by my mum, I tried it for myself – and I was completely blown away by the clarity, release, and transformation it brought to me. From that moment, my journey truly began. Today, through kinesiology, aura consultancy, and reiki, I help others discover the same healing , insight, and empowerment that first inspired me.
If you’ve never had kinesiology before, you might be wondering what actually happens in a session — and whether you need to “do” anything special.
The short answer?
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or familiar with kinesiology. You just need to show up — and be open to listening to what your body has to say.

Every session begins with you.
We take a few moments to talk about what brought you here — whether that’s a physical concern, emotional stress, low energy, or simply a feeling that something is “off.” You don’t need to have all the answers. Even a general intention like “I want to feel better in my body” is enough to begin.
Kinesiology works with the body’s own feedback system, using gentle muscle testing to identify where support is needed — physically, emotionally, or energetically.

Listening to the Body First
Before we address specific issues, we start with the basics — because a body that isn’t supported at a foundational level can’t fully heal.
During this phase, I may check things like:
Think of this as tuning an instrument before playing music. When the basics are aligned, the body responds more clearly and effectively.

Your body may indicate a need for additional support through vitamins, minerals, or natural supplements. These aren’t prescribed randomly — they’re chosen based on what your system responds to best.
For emotional or stress-related patterns, we may also work with Bach Flower Essences, which gently support emotional balance and resilience.
The goal isn’t to overload the body — it’s to raise your vital energy so your system can do what it’s designed to do: self-regulate and heal.

Once the foundation is set, we move into either:
A specific issue (pain, fatigue, stress, digestion, sleep, etc.), or
A general body scan, allowing the body to guide us to what needs attention most right now
Sometimes the body confirms exactly what you expected. Other times, it reveals a deeper or more subtle connection — often linking physical symptoms with emotional or energetic stress.

At the end of each session, we check for:
Centring — how balanced and grounded your system feels
Walking gait — how your body integrates the changes into movement
This helps ensure that the work we’ve done isn’t just felt on the table, but carried into your everyday life.
Before you leave, I’ll always share any recommendations — whether that’s supplements, essences, or simple lifestyle support — that help maintain and strengthen the progress made during your session.
